What is The Full Spectrum Business Development Program?
Based on the Four Foundational Systems and the Ten Strategic Systems of the Business Pyramid structure and the Top Ten Full Spectrum Principles of Business Development, the Full Spectrum Business Development Program is a coaching program that equips the business owner with the knowledge and tools to create a uniquely differntiated business that serves everyone it touches.
Each coaching topic of the Full Spectrum Business Development Program covers a different part of the business and helps you develop your business as a fully functioning integrated system of systems that delivers your planned results. All together they cover the entire business.
The program is under continual development with Topics being added and revised frequently.
Coaching is key
It's a flexible program. You and your coach can use the Topics in any sequence and combination that makes sense for your business, your situation, and your strengths and weaknesses.
We believe that a good coach makes all the difference in business development. Self-help programs and seminars can be helpful, but they won't get you what you want. They'll help you make small increments of progress - maybe - but they won't generate the kinds of leaps forward we have come to expect from our clients. Not even close.
The coaching process is an important part of the program. Our coaches take the Top Ten principles very seriously and they focus on you and your business. They have strong egos and are proud of what they do, but their first consideration is you. Their reason for being is to help you make your business the best it can be, and maybe even do the same for you if you're open to it.
If you don't succeed, they don't succeed - it's that simple.
How does it work?
Your pace - your time - your place
- At the beginning of our relationship with you we spend time to discover and analyse your business needs.
- Together we design a customised coaching program from the menu of Full Spectrum coaching topics that will provide you with the knowledge and tools to meet those needs and enter into a Commitment Agreement that clearly outlines the commitments of both parties.
- Generally you will meet with your coach every two weeks (or more often if you wish) by telephone. The coaching program is designed to be delivered by phone, fax, email and the internet at times that suit you and cause the least amount of interuption and at an affordable cost.
- Each coaching topic is introduced in the context of your business and the outcomes you wish to achieve. The topics provide you with the background knowledge and tools needed to complete the area of work being covered. Your coach will help with interpreting the topic and will guide you on the most effective way of implementing it in your business.
- Between meetings you work on applying the new knowledge and tools to developing your business by formlating the strategies and designing the systems to help you reach your goals. Your coach is available for advice and clarification between meetings.
- Your completed work is sent to your coach before the next meeting for review and comment. The results of the review are discussed at the coaching meeting, final adjustments agreed, and the next topic is introduced.
- Coaching topics and business development tools are sent to you prior to each meeting so that you are fully equiped to carry out your business development tasks.
- Progress reviews are held at regular intervals to ensure that you are receiving full value from the coaching relationship and to resolve any issues that may arise.
What are the options?
Full Spectrum Business Development Coaching is available to you in two basic forms:
- Customised business development programs that may take from several months to several years to complete, depending on your short and long term goals and business needs. The shape and duration of the program is agreed at the beginning of the coaching relationship.
- Gateway Programs that cover a period of four weeks and provide a curriculum designed to cover specific areas of need. The following Gateway Pograms are presently available:
