You have an opportunity to revisit some important aspects of leadership in your business. During the Program you will:
- Reinvigorate your intention to create a business that will make a difference in the world
- Learn new skills to set your business on the path to a better future
- Develop strategies based on your Strategic Intent and your analysis of the internal strengths and weeknesses of your business and the opportunities and threats that have an impact on it
- Gain some personal productivity skills to allow you to leverage your time and experience more productively
You will never have to leave your office. Full Spectrum Gateway programs are conducted via telephone, email and the internet at times that are convenient to you.
- We call you at the agreed time.
- We send you all of the necessary materials in advance.
- Coaching takes place within the specified time so that there is minimum disruption to your day.
- Between meetings you will do the work to apply the topics covered to your business.
- The results of your work are reviewed at the next meeting.
You will also have access to your coach via telephone or email between meetings to help you with matters of understanding or clarification.
