The Full Spectrum Business Development Program is a program designed specifically for the small business owner who wants to build a Full Spectrum Business.
It provides insights and tools to help you develop your own innovative solutions across the full spectrum of your business activities and enable your business to enhance the lives of everyone it touches.
It recognises the core frustrations of the business owner, the time constraints, the need for practical solutions to their problems. It does this in the following ways:

We know that you and your business are unique. We also know that business success is based on understanding the key principles that underlie any business.
Principles are fundamental laws. You cannot change them. However by knowing and understanding them you can build these principles into the design of your business. You get to have them powerfully working for you rather than against you.
Flexible program designed to give practical real time solutions
The Full Spectrum Business Development Program has 61 topics covering the 10 strategic business systems. While each of these will be relevant to you at some stage of your business journey, some of them will be more important than others (the 80/20 principle). Structured Program to provide certainty
The Full Spectrum Business Development Program has a distinct structure which will become an integral part of the way you and your business works.
Depending on which package you choose, you and your coach will meet by phone at a set time. For each meeting there will be a set agenda in which typically you will review the business development work you have done the previous period and address any issues, be introduced to the next topic that is relevant to your needs. Your coach will provide an overview of the key distinctions of the process and provide guidance on how to approach it.
There is also an opportunity to get coaching on any issue that you are currently facing in your business.
Between each meeting you will be required to do business development work. Your Enterprise Leadership Coach will provide guidance on this.

Your Certified Enterprise Leadership Coach is highly trained to partner you in your business development program. They are expert in the Full Spectrum Business Development Program. You are the expert on your business.
You will get to work with your Enterprise Leadership Coach who will guide, teach, coach and manage you to enable you to build a business that works.
